Emphasis will be on Fundamentals while Teaching a Wide Variety of Wrestling Moves and Skills

Camp Schedule

Monday: Wrestling on Your Feet - Offense - Takedowns

Tuesday: Wrestling on Your Feet - Defense - Counter Attacks

Wednesday: Bottom - Escapes and Reversals

Thursday: Wrestling on The Mat - Top - Breakdowns, Tilts, Turns and Pins
