Push up test

HOW TO DO THE PUSH UP TEST




You will start in push-up position with hands under shoulders, arms straight and fingers pointed forward. Legs and back should be straight with the toes supporting the feet.



Lower your body by bending your elbows until there is a 90 degree angle formed.



Perform a push up every three seconds until you can do no more.
