HOW TO DO THE SIT UP TEST
You will have a partner holding your feet. Your arms will be crossed with your hands placed on the opposite shoulders.
Keeping your hands on your shoulders, you will lift yourself up to touch the elbows to your knees and then lower your back all the way to the floor.
Repeat as many times as you can in one minute. Only a correct sit up will be counted.
